Does Middletown Terrace provide meals for those with special dietary needs?
Middletown Terrace offers a varied menu that has selections to meet any resident's special dietary needs. Garden Manor also has a registered Dietician on staff that is available for dietary counseling for any resident that wants assistance in selecting appropriate food items from the menu.
What if I need Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy?
On site, outpatitent, therapy services are available to all residents at Middletown Terrace through our Rehabilitation Department at Garden Manor Extended Care Center. Those residents requiring an inpatient stay have full access to accomodations and services at Garden Manor Extended Care Center.
Is a large "Residency Fee" required at Garden Manor?
No initial investment other than a security deposit is required for residency at Middletown Terrace.
Thereafter residents are billed on a monthly basis.
What happens if I need more assistance than Garden Manor can provide?
If the time comes that a resident requires more services than Middletown Terrace can provide. Garden Manor Extended Care Center, located adjacent to our facility, will give priority to placing residents from Middletown Terrace.
Will Medicare cover my stay at Garden Manor Extended Care Center?
Garden Manor Extended Care is a qualified Medicare Provider. All residents are screened for coverage upon admission and throughout their stay with us. Please contact our Admissions or Social Services Departments for more information regarding Medicare's guidelines for coverage.
Is Medicaid assistance available at Garden Manor?
Garden Manor Extended Care Center does participate in the Ohio Medicaid program. Those residents who are in need of financial assistance should contact our Social Services Department. Middletown Terrace participates in the Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Program, allowing those residents that qualify to receive Medicaid assistance in Assisted Living.
